"It was a great experience the place was breathtaking so peaceful and beautiful. Super easy to get around on foot private car or a taxi. Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

"Me gusto el hotel por el precio pero algunos puntos que se deben corregirse. El estacionamiento es muy dificil. El refri suena "Tak Tak" a veces y nos sorpendio al dormir. El papel higienico no se disuelve y no baja. El agua de regadero huele muy raro quiza azufre o suciedad. Al bajar el agua del inodoro huele a orina bastante.
