"Great value accommodation in the centre of Mulum. We were a family of 5 so the Queen room with a double bed plus 3 singles, was perfect. We ate in the Middle Pub that is owned by the same organisation and that was also excellent value. Coffee, tea and milk provided. The shower worked well and the beds were comfortable. "

"We loved this property! The room was really big, clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient to different dining options and nice and close to the beach and the surf club. Miami Rice, the chinese restaurant beside Outrigger had amazing food! We will definitely be returning. "

"We were in room 3 on the ground floor. Spacious. We loved the room. BUT the AC did not work and they never got it fixed. They admitted that it had not been working and they knew that when we checked in. We were not happy. It was very hot On the last day she brought us a fan. Might have been nice to have supplied a fan when we checked in and maybe given us a discount. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no AC!"
