The staff was very friendly and even though I didn’t speak Spanish every one there would go out of their way to accommodate my needs the breakfast buffet was excellent I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay there.

This is a great hotel with a wonderfull staff. I want to specially thanks to Marta a housekeeper in 6th floor. The hotel has a big problem: It doesn’t have AC and makes it very hot in the room. It is necessary that they remodel the rooms to include an AC units

El área de desayuno es demasiado pequeña, el staff no da abasto, no todos son amigables, el área de comida es sucia y desorganizada, no hay variedad, pedí dos ventiladores (fan) a la habitacion y al momento de prenderlos salió demasiada suciedad al punto que ensució una de las camas y tuve que pedir servicio para que cambiaran las sábanas y barrieran la habitación, muchas cosas demasiado sucias, siempre están en reparaciones, el primer piso huele muy mal por aguas negras, uno de los elevadores no sirve y el otro tiene problemas, en general es una lástima que cada vez el servicio desmejora. Desde el aeropuerto recogen en el primer piso puerta uno pero cuando envían el correo aún no actualizan la información (segundo piso puerta 5) perdí tiempo en el aeropuerto y la Srta del aeropuerto con la que uno se comunica para tomar el servicio de transporte se la pasa en el celular chateando y no está afuera pendiente de los guest y tiene una actitud terrible, no es amable para nada. Ya todos operan en automático. El servicio al cliente no les importa mucho.

The family spent one night at the facility. Great staff service. Breakfast was included and it was outstanding with many buffet options to choose. Conveniently located near shopping malls and the airport. The area is a bit busy and there was not control temperature in the room and keeping the windows open was not an option because of the traffic noise outside.
