Excellent transportation to and from airport. Our room was very spacious. Free breakfast was available early which was appreciated due to early flight. Only problem was that we couldn't sleep due to bright street lights and old window blinds. Hotel should install light blocking shade

There are mosquitos in the room, there NO VIP services at all in here! No A/C the window has to stay open and there's no screen to prevent the mosquitos get inside the room, my 11 yo daughter ca't even sleep

Very close to airport Very noisy at night, people order food very late and you can hear how kitchen move plates and cutlery Restaurant took more than an hour to assist us, nothing amusing Charged extra fee because in my entry it was with biometrics and passport wasn’t signed, they told me I could get the money back in the DIAN, but the DIAN response was, that they don’t return tax for hotel stays :/ So, a bit of scam in that part, I think Not coming back again
