The Hotel location is very good, however it has serious issues with leanlines, the first day my wife found hair in the shower, we reported this to the front desk and they registered the issue, however there was no apology whatsoever, on the second night we found that the toilet was not properly cleaned, for a 4 star Hotel this is not acceptable. A minor issue was the TV installation, it was not leveled, it had a positive incline to the ceiling which of course was not good for a confortable TV viewing.

I contacted the hotel because we had an early flight so we wanted to know If we could check in early and they said yes that we had to pay half the room price which seemed fair but upon arrival they wanted to charge the complete day and were very rude. Gold member and did nor receive any of the perks.

I gave three stars as this hotel being a 5 star hotel lack certain things that other hotels I’ve been in bogota 3 and 4 star have , like : they have free water for guests , they have sleepers , the breakfast is to be desired , we went down at 8am and there were no fruits and no bread
