Not Really a Hotel

Excellent place for a business trip where you spend little time inside the hotel. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Nice staff (the owner). This is more a guesthouse than a hotel but it was right for the price and for what we needed.

Para el precio, está bien

Hotel limpio, pequeño como para llegar a dormir solamente. El desayuno siempre es cafe y huevos, la cama aunque limpia, sonaba mucho. LA señorita de la recepción es un poco lenta y poco amable. Reserve por Hoteles.com y cuando llegue no tenia la reserva, pese a que llevaba el correo de confirmación. Al final tuve que pagar una tarifa superior a la ofrecida.

This is NOT a hotel, is a house converted to a hotel. Not the kind of place to stay, I didn't stay here, and they refuse to return the money!! Bad Bad don't pick it!!

Mal servicio no recomiendo

Deficiente y muy mala, no merece que booking lo promueva, no es hotel acorde a las necesidades de un pasajero internacional. La tarifa acordada durante la reserva no es clara, deberían indicar que la tarifa no incluye los impuestos. Lo más grave es que no respetan la tarifa cambiaría del dólar oficial, es un abuso al considerar la tarifa del dólar a 1700 pesos cuando el oficial de compra estaba a 1920 pesos y de igual forma al realizar el check out el dólar es considerado a2100 pesos y sobre el total calculan el impuesto del IVA No recomiendo a otra persona utilizar ese hotel, no tenía ni siquiera agua caliente y el desayuno es pésimo

debe ser mas claro con los costos del servicios les recomiendo preguntar antes de reservar temas de impuestos y servicios del hotel en vista que hay cobro no aclarado al momento de reservar
