Disfruté mucho mi estancia aquí. Lo único problema que tuvimos fue un noche en el restaurante por el servicio tan lento y que no era profesional, pero las otras noches en el mismo restaurante fue muy bonito. Gracias a Santiago por todo su atención. Encontré la propiedad muy limpio y la gente profesional a partir del restaurante un solo noche y yo fui allá como tres noches enseguida

My one-night stay at the Hyatt Place was great. The room I had was large, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The location was perfect as it was an easy taxi ride to the airport for an early morning flight. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good including service and facilities. Couple of things though: some of the hot items in the breakfast buffet were kept in cold or barely warm condition. All hot food should be hot at all times while in the buffet stations. And second, while making the reservation is not clear that the rates are by person and not by room. In all Hyatt hotels outside of Colombia you get charged per night not by number of people in the room. Of course if there are more than two people or in most countries up to four, the rate would not changed. In this case I paid and book the room for the night but I didn’t include my girlfriend, so I was asked to pay in addition for her portion of the 4 day stay, which was more than 200 thousand pesos. Please make it clear. in your website. But overall everything was great and will stay again for sure due to the great customer service, rooms and breakfast buffet.
