I love the dining shops located in the building as feature. Coffee/Burgers/Bakery/Pizza. CafeDeLos3 (coffee) was a highlight of my trip as the owner? and another employee (I'm bad with names) helped me learn and practice Spanish while there. The property is undergoing the next phase of expansion so it can be noisy on the outside if you're a mid-day sleeper. The area may look sketchy but is safe. It's near a university but the graffiti everywhere gives it that sketchy effect. I didn't have any issues or felt unsafe when leaving the property at late or early hours.

It an apartment building, it has security 24 hours, rooftop, gym, laundry in the building, vegan cafe and coffee shop on the first floor. Area is close to everything, the highest Uber ride was 7$. The apartment has dishes, fridge, microwave, stove . Supermarket 24 hours around the corner. The management office is on the building . People are very nice

My go to place in Bogota
This is my go to place in bogota. Good location, close to restaurants bars and coffee shops in bosque calderon, and great connection for the airport Great team, well appointed rooms. Sound insulated rooms give a good nights sleep. Gym is a bonus. This time the hot water pressure was not great, but that was the only negative.

Great location, great space, great team.
I had a great stay here. One of the few places in Colombia I was able to sleep without earplugs - good sound insulation. Spacious studio, nice view from room, well appointed. Strong WiFi. Great view from terrace. Super helpful team, especially Mona. This place is configured for long term stays and my stay was a month. The area is super central, and on the other side of carrera 7 bosque calderon has some great cafes and restaurants.

This is a new hotel not completely done. No lobby sitting area. To check in the security guard called someone and the person came down. Very high tec and with nice decoration. Once fully operational it will be a good place to stay.
