Beware! Be prepared to wait up to 2 hours during rush hour check-in which was at 5pm on Sunday for us. That is how long we waited in line to check in. They said they had a new system that simply takes long. It's about 15-20 minutes per person. They are running from one side to the other printing a lot of paper during the check in process.

The hotel is ok, clean and safe the rooms are very small. In the pictures they look bigger but in the overall they are ok Maybe bring more amenities, we had to go out every night because it was nothing to do in the hotel

It is a good hotel, on the budget side. Rooms have A/C which is a rarity in Bogota. Hotel feels safe, it is close to the historic district, plenty of reliable taxis and restaurants, beds are comfortable, breakfast was very good.

The room was good, but a bit noisy. They need anty noise windows. The hotel should provide coffee, small towels, or plastic cups in the room. It is a nice location. Staff was friendly.

It was ok if you need a bed to sleep but that’s it, kind of disappointing. One day they didn’t change the towels and I had to dry myself out with wet towels because I didn’t realize it until that moment. Next day, I left the towels on the floor and they took them and didn’t leave clean ones. One of the elevators is crazy and most of times wouldn’t read the room key so you couldn’t go to your floor. The staff don’t greet you, not good morning, afternoon or nothing.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación y como valor añadido el desayuno que ofrece es uno variado. En esta ocasión tuvimos inconvenientes con el acondicionador de aire, pero me cambiaron de habitación al notificarlo. Sin embargo, esta fue la misma situación que confrontaron otros compañeros del viaje. Entiendo que deben darle mantenimiento a los acondicionadores de aire para una mejor experiencia.
