Kind of on a busy street so there were times during the day that were loud but definitely didn’t disturb our sleep at night! Otherwise the room was very clean, the bed were extremely comfortable, and the staff was so kind. Will definitely come back when we’re in Boise again!

The Modern continues to set a Boise standard for excellence, especially at their prices. The lobby, restaurant and bar are friendly and lovely, and the food and drinks are well-executed. The whole "midcentury modern" aesthetic of the place has held up remarkably well over time, because they relentlessly maintain and clean the property. A really excellent little independent hotel.
