Shawna was great at communication and provided us the perfect property to stay while visiting family. Home was clean and neat. Perfect for a couple that likes space or a family that needs those extra bedrooms with a good layout. Everything we needed was within a 30 min drive - highly recommend.

Great Stay!
The house as perfect. It felt brand new and had everything we needed. Lots of space, kitchen was well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the back patio, it was warm and quite during the day. Lots of restaurants, coffee and grocery stores near by. Was a bonus to be able to park in the garage as well. Would definitely recommend this house!

Comfortable home
The home is very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner left a lovely fresh bouquet of peonies, one of my favorite flowers, which was a thoughtful touch, We especially appreciated having a garage to park in and my husband loved the large tv. Our favorite thing was the patio. It was a great setting to relax with very comfortable chairs. It has been our experience that many rentals neglect to provide nice patio furniture so providing such a relaxing space was much appreciated.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood
This was our second stay at this house and it was an awesome stay. The house is beautiful and well appointed and was spotless. It is by far the quietest place we've ever stayed in while in Caldwell and we will return again in the near future. The host Shawna was very responsive and always a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this home and if you decide to rent it you'll be very pleased that you did.

You could make to tell renters that address doesn’t come up in google maps due to being a new development. On the site it said we were 15 minutes from our families house and ended up being 40. The house was great though once we found it! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful House, Awesome Host!
Beautifully decorated home in a cute neighborhood. We stayed for Thanksgiving and they had just about everything you can think of! I absolutely loved the house and loved how they thought of everything. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip!
