Stunning Downtown Villa W/ Epic Man Cave

This beautiful >2500 square foot home, originally built in 1938 and completely remodeled in 2020 restores the charm of years gone by while providing all of the modern comforts. Check out the garage converted into an epic man cave with games and an awesome home theater built out in 2024.

The main level has stunning dark hardwood floors throughout and boasts an expansive master bedroom, large second bedroom and luxurious full bathroom with antique-style tile floors.

The living room/dining room is large and elegant, enabling you to entertain family and friends. The charming kitchen meets the challenge of both form and function, containing everything you need for cooking meals during your stay, including a double oven, oversized fridge/freezer and a breakfast table for 4.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a second mini-kitchen and the second luxury full bathroom.

We have pulled all of the stops for your downtime in the home. A 55" Panasonic Smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+. In the private back yard, you and your family can relax under the canopy and enjoy the fresh air, immaculate landscaping and North End neighborhood charm.

The garage/man cave includes air hockey, darts, Pac-Man Arcade, foosball, popcorn popper and an epic home theater system with thumping surround sound AND a truly unique giant chess board built out on the garage door!

All of the bedding is high thread count and is selected for maximum comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and bedroom two upstairs has a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom three has a queen futon and a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Since we know that everyone's idea of a comfortable bed is different, we have intentionally provided beds of varying softness or firmness throughout the home so you and your party can each find the perfect bed for the perfect's night sleep.

The home was designed for function all as one or can essentially be two separate homes. The downstairs, with its own thermostat zone and mini-kitchen, can be securely locked off from the upstairs or left open as one large home. This configuration enables 2 distinct families or groups to maximize privacy and yet remain in one location.

Great spot for lots of family
I was in town for a graduation and had several family members staying with me. There was plenty of room to hang out, cook, and sleep comfortably. Would stay here again.

We never received our information for check in i messaged a couple time with no response and finally had to call to get our access code. A few of the dishes were dirty and there was blood on one of the pillows. No paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen. The house had a very old musky smell that we had to have the windows open and the house has locks aside from the keypad and if you lock that you are locked out of the house with no way back in as we found out and had to wait for over an hour for the maintenance guy to come over who didnt have keys for these locks either resulting in us having to pry a window open and crawling through it to get back into the house. Very frustrating. Either those locks need disabled or you need a keypad on both doors for entry or an emergency key to get you back in.

This was a lovely, clean, and comfortable property close to downtown. We were visiting the Boise area to attend an event at the Morrison Center and this was the perfect location to stay. We would be happy to stay here again next time we visit the Boise area. Thank you!

Great Stay!
We loved the house and location. The back patio was a delightful and private gathering spot. It was an easy walk to Albertson’s and several restaurants. The owner’s attention to detail was great and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
