"The hotel had friendly and polite staff. Lots of amenities available e.g tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and bikes available if wishing to cycle within the surrounding area. There was also a swimming pool with a patio to the rear of the building however this was never used, weather was only sunny and hot on the day of our arrival but the pool was dirty. "An amazing property with an amazing host set in a beautiful town in a beautiful area. As cyclists it’s well located for some exceptionally scenic rides through the Lot gorges and to several medieval towns and villages. It’s also ideally located as a stop over point on the route from St Malo to Nice recommended in the France En Velo guide."

We eventually managed to find the keys in a box, but it was not communicated very well. Their opening hours are intermittent and not really suitable for travellers arriving early or late. "The owner was super friendly and accommodated an early check-in asy room was ready. Breakfast was good with a better selection than similar hotels. The room had air conditioning which I appreciated. I didn't try the pool or restaurant, though many people were eating there when I returned from a concert."

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"
