You're just a short walk away from boat ramps and marinas, offering easy access to shallow water fishing and boating adventures. Pine Island's reputation for fishing, boating, kayaking, and biking means there's always something exciting to do right in your backyard. Situated on an oversized, corner lot, you have lots of room for privacy and 2 paved driveways with ample room to park a trailer or boat.

This main house boasts TWO luxurious master suites, one with two king size beds, and the other with 2 queen size beds, each with their own private ensuite bathroom. There are two separate living areas, each with a full size sleep sofa, which provide ample room for everyone in the group to relax and unwind. This split floor plan gives all the guests their own privacy, while the open layout and central kitchen encourages socializing and entertaining. Step outside to the screened in lanai and oversized, heated pool.

Live in the outdoors around the sparkling heated pool, cozy up to the bar for afternoon cocktails, or enjoy alfresco dining in the light evening breeze. Whether you're lounging poolside or enjoying the quiet surroundings, you'll feel the tranquility of island life wash over you.

You are also within walking distance to boat ramps & marinas, enjoy shallow water fishing or a beautiful day on the water.
