"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Really cosy cottage, lovely decorations for Xmas, great woodburner for warmth. Amazing bath and shower room. Great dog walks from the back door to various coves and beaches. Just a shame the local inn is undergoing renovations as it looks great. We’ll just have to come back and try it when it’s open again!"

"This cottage is more spacious than it looks. We had a family Christmas together and there was plenty of space for everyone and lots if different areas to spend time in. The cottage is extremely well equipped, and we cooked Christmas dinner. There is a garden area, but it is not directly outside the cottage, it is a large area and our grandchildren had a lot of fun playing in it. All beds were comfortable with clean linen. "We had the most fantastic time, the house is just perfect, has everything you need and more, although no parking, we found it easy to unload and park the car in a back street at the top of the steps. The house is so central, that once the car is parked, you can walk everywhere or get the bus for the bus station, which we did to Dartmouth. Is this property is available you should run not walk to book it up."
