Had a great time in Las Vegas, but a few ups and downs while staying at the LinQ. The first room didn’t have a TV remote and they weren’t able to locate a new one, so they switched us rooms. New room didn’t have a refrigerator, poor working TV remote that had a 30 second lag each time you pressed the button, toilet paper holder was unsecure and falling off the wall. Overall the staff were kind and attempted to help, but just a lot of little small things that stood out and were a little annoying. However, I thought the parking was rather convenient and accessible which made my few trips off the strip manageable.

Fire alarm on the 11th floor during our stay. A maid, acting very flustered and caught offguard, led a group of us down several flights of stairs, that supposedly would lead to an exit, and we ended up with the stairwell blocked on the 3rd floor. We went out the first available door, and it led us to an empty warehouse with all the exits locked. Had this been a real emergency, we would have been in danger. I went to talk to the front desk about this, because apparently the alarm was ONLY going off on the 11th floor, and he responded with a shrug. My poor friend, who needs a walker to move around, was in a great deal of pain for the rest of her trip because she had to take the stairs. Oh, and gamble some where else, because the casino wasnt paying anything. However, Cafe Hollywood inside the hotel was great! Amazing chocolate shakes and their Mojito was fantastic!!
