Unfortunately heavy rain the night we stayed led to some leaks in property and bubbling drains in early hours of morning which hopefully can be fixed soon. "Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. "The cottage was ideal for our stay in Yorkshire. Great location ... nice and quiet in a pretty village with a lovely nature reserve and decent pub. Easy reach of the Dales, Ripon, York, Harrogate and Fountains Abbey. Easy check in with private parking. The windfall apples were a bonus! Warm and comfy, decent WiFi and TV that worked. We had a small problem with the toilet but Emma got it repaired swiftly and without a fuss. Would definitely stay again. "

"50 stairs separate the loft from street level but the view is great. Nice views from all the windows except the one that opens onto the roof, which you might expect. The apartment isn't for tall people though and above 5'8" might be a little cramped. My wife and i now know how Quasimodo got his hump. That said I would not hold it against the nicely laid out apartment with its exposed 300 year old wood beams. A lovely place to stay right in the heart of the old city and immersed in history. Easy...
