A great hotel in the heart of Bolzano. My first stay at this particular property, I stayed further away from the centre before. The area is nice, good restaurants, grocery and other shopping. My room was upgraded and I got a huge room with a terrace and a jacuzzi tub. All amenities in the room were great and plenty. Parking was convenient and not too expensive.

It was a nice old distinguished hotel, but very small single rooms. And there isnt an elevator up to the reception, and with my heavy suitcase, it ended up having to stay in the car after a long travel day. But the breakfast was good and the staff very nice!

Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was fantastic! We had a small hiccup at the beginning that’s not worth describing because they took care of it so quickly and seamlessly. Everything was clean and quiet and their breakfast was exceptional! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bolzano!
