The house was clean and big enough for all to enjoy. The pool area, patio, and dock were all nice spaces to sit and enjoy the views. "This property was fantastic! This unit was perfect for us and loved being able to walk right out onto the pool. Pool has a swim up bar that was staffed by Someplace South Cafe Bar which is right up the road and a great place to eat. Fully stocked kitchen was nice to be able to cook some meals ourselves. The on-site property management is top notch and willing to assist with whatever your needs may be. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only downside to this place(for us)...

"With its own beach and an ideal setting on the west side of Caye Caulker, this large house was a great stay for a long weekend. There is easy access to the split the beach on the west side of the island and is quiet as supposed to the more developed areas in Belize.Caretakers Ron and Walter Were available in person or by phone every day during our stay and helped us immensely take care of our daily tasks and needs, including a visit to the doctor across the split. It is so nice to have someone holding your hand to navigate a new area. "Tarpon Bay Breezes is an excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Communication with host Julie was great from the get-go to the moment of departure. Communication with guest concierge Eva was good too.The villa is located about 35 golf-cart minutes from the airport, 25 of which dirt road. Main way of transportation is by golf carts. "Property was found mostly as described. We didn't find it particularly luxurious, but the rooms were clean, AC worked, kitchen was well supplied, toilets flushed. There were plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were very useful. Pool guy stopped by the house every day, so did the grounds keeper. There were no grill, or a hammock, and when we had trouble operating the safe, we were told someone will reach out to us with help, but no one actually did. Be aware that it is on the old north highway which is poorly maintained. I.e. many potholes in the paved road and much of the road is gravel."
