Room clean, staff Sonny was very helpful. The Manager Shukai wasn't that friendly. When I got to the location I found out that the place is sharable with strangers. The only privacy is the room(s) you rent. The amenities doesn't give clear description stating there are going to be stranger that you share the living area and kitchen with.

Room was clean and access was fairly easy. My only complaint is I was told there would be a $125 hold on my card that would be removed at checkout, but there is still a $75 hold on my card that has been there for three days now. When I try to call the phone rings once and hangs up.

Overall, the stay was good, but the rooms are extremely small. The upcharge for a balcony with ‘unlimited snacks and beverages’ felt expensive for what was essentially a basic balcony with some chips and soda.
