"They are remodeling so the property is in flux. Staff was kind and quiet when sleeping. The remodeled rooms are very nice with abundant usb plugs and power outlets. Breakfast was as expected. Would stay here again."

"The check in process took over an hour due to the codes being improper.Cleanliness of the home was poor due to the unclean bathrooms and foul stench coming from inside the house. My party had to go to the store to retrieve cleaning supplies to clean the home in addition to removing cob webs and spiders. There also was an extreme ant problem inside the house down & upstairs that all over our belongs and the beds. The only shower that had hot water was in the main bedroom and the light weren't working in the main bathroom shower. Overall furniture in and outside was dirty. Grill even though offered it was not funcitonal. "
"We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. The location is great because it was quiet, serene, and near major roads. There were several stores and coffee shops nearby. Our group included 2 kids (12 and 9) and 3 adults (1couple and 1 single), and we had plenty of space to spread out, especially including the back yard. I would stay here again for sure because the home had pretty much everything you can imagine for a week long stay. The host was VERY responsive, friendly, and kind so we highly recommend this home and host! "

"This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked the place and would look to stay again. Malibu not far and drive thru hills was great to when daughter wasn't playing "
"The house is in a beautiful location. It was once a perfect house I’m sure. The owners should spend the money and invest in the upgrades to make this an absolute perfect getaway. Right now it works because of the location but have some pride of ownership and restore this beautiful property. "
