Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Burke Trammel Cottage at Four Winds is a standalone cottage that offers stately elegance with a relaxing country setting. Travel back in time experiencing an 1880’s Victorian manor and grounds.

The Space:
We offer the Burke Trammel Cottage just 150 days out of the year to maintain our Texas Homestead. Once that 150th day is booked, guests will have to wait to next year!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to downtown and the winery.

Other Things to Note:
***Please note that the Burke Trammel Cottage is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***

Fun tiny house
The property is very nice. Love the chickens. Easy access to the house. It is in the back of the property where it is secluded and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room could use a little TLC but was great for what we needed. Price was OK.
