"Fun visiting with my daughter and grandchildren. The Home is more like a compound with lots of amenities the large living spaces allowed for the adults to catch up and all the grandkids to play. We played the piano, board games, basketball, ping pong, pool table and the pool and hot tub was a big hit! The host was very hospitable. "

"This house was perfect for our group. 5 rooms with beds. Clean bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the outdoor activities were a bonus. It was nice to sit in the backyard by the fire pit and have coffee or a beer. House was very spacious and accommodated us nicely. My only suggestion would be ceiling fans for the rooms, but other than that, a perfect stay. I would absolutely love to come back again. – House is close to SD Downtown. Maybe a 15 drive. Easy access to the freeway and a Target + Mall is literally 3 min away."

"Although its not listed under the comforts section, it does not mention the house has no air conditioning, it only mentions heat. Where I'm from ac is a must and in every home so I naturally assumed it had it when booking. While it wasn't too hot, it was humid and uncomfortable. Theres a big beautiful refrigerator in the kitchen that doesn't work, you'll have to use the much smaller one in the garage. Only half the lights worked in the kitchen/ living area. The inside looked clean but there were some webs and after minutes of my toddlers running around, the bottoms of their feet turned black. My mom mopped 3 times and the water was still dark. The outside and patio were covered in webs and spiders and made it really hard to feel comfortable. We cleaned it up as much as we could so the family could try to enjoy being outside. The grill and fire place were also dirty and needed cleaning in order to be used. The host messaged back quickly to any questions I had. I did share my concerns about the most recent review before my stay and I was assured that there was nothing to worry about. On the plus side, the family slept well, there was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Some maintenance, a deep clean and pest control could go a long way. I don't think we should have to spend our vacation time cleaning. Overall, its a nice house with loads of potential."

"The place was fabulous! Super clean with tons of amenities and plenty of room! All appliances were brand new! Centrally located to the freeway and 20 minutes from the beaches. Supermarket close by too! If I could give 10 stars I would. The host was very communicative and answered any questions immediately."
