"The room was clean. The bathroom definitely needs renovations. The mirror is in a wooden frame that is coming apart. The tub has a permanent gray scum looking area in the middle of it. Wall paper needs to be replaced. Parts of the actual walls in the room and bathroom need to be redone due to leaks."
