Welcome to this updated townhome in prestigious Hound Ears, just outside Boone! You're sure to love everything this lower-level unit offers.

The den offers a cozy selection of furniture arranged around a stacked stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace, with a TV offering basic cable beside it. There's room for 4 to sit down for a meal, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There's a Keurig and a regular drip coffeemaker too, so be sure to bring your favorite morning joe!

Time for bed? Lakeside Living offers two welcoming bedrooms. The primary suite features a King bed, TV, access to the patio, and an ensuite bath with a tiled shower. The second bedroom is down the hall and has a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a TV. Guests enjoying this room can use the hall bath which offers a tub/shower combo.

Sit outside on the covered patio on cool mountain mornings and watch the mist rise from the lake in front of the building! Lakeside Living is located just inside the main gate of Hound Ears Club, so it offers easy access year round.

Lakeside Living is located just west of Boone and the towns of Boone and Banner Elk are each just a scenic 15 minute drive away. All of the best shopping, dining, and attractions in the High Country are close by as well. Come make this your home away from home!

Additional Notes:
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Motorcycles are strictly prohibited inside the Hound Ears community.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing a pet or requesting an exception to the rules. No animals are permitted on the property per the Condo Association.
- Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023.
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
-This home has a paved driveway with assigned parking capacity for 2 vehicles. There are 6 steps to enter the main level.
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

The lakes condo.
Beautiful renovated condo next to pond at Hound Ears Club. Covered porch makes sitting out watching golfers, the water and listening to bullfrogs entertaining.
