We had a great stay as the house provide everything we needed from kitchen items to games. We saw plenty of deer, were close to hiking trails, and we even saw a curious black bear. I would stay here again and again.

Fabulous rental
This is our 3rd stay here and it's definitely one of favorite destinations. The house is wonderful - super clean and very well appointed. The outdoor fireplace is such a huge bonus. Even the couches are super comfortable which is unusual for a rental. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the professional grade range and oven is fantastic.

Great getaway
We absolutely loved the cabin. The home owners were a pleasure to communicate with and the cabin was absolutely beautiful. The lot is huge with a great indoor/outdoor living area. We utilized the outdoor fireplace and the appliances were fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked. We've stayed a lot of places in the Boone/Beech area and this was without question our favorite. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks for sharing your mountain home with us!

Loved our stay close to Beech Mountain skiing
Clean, great layout, well-stocked home. We had a great stay for the long Presidents’ Day weekend. It snowed the night we got there so we woke up to a very icy driveway and thankfully ice melt/salt was on the porch to help get out. Was very pretty to see the snow though! Great stay! We knew skiing would be packed for the holiday weekend and it was. Next time we would rent our ski gear from a place outside of the resort.

Perfect stay!!
Only a short drive to Beech Mountain for a day of skiing!! This home had everything and more to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Any gourmet cook, or just making pancakes is more enjoyable with the Wolf ovens and griddle! Nicely stocked kitchen with everything we needed!! Highly recommend & would stay again!! Thanks to our very communicative host and definitely appreciate the flexibility!!

Ceiling fans in the home didn’t work accordingly, microwave stopped working and would not heat up food. Master ceiling doesn’t work, children ceiling fan on worked when lights was on in one room. Owners was nice but was unable to assist with these items. Overall a good stay would probably reach out to owners before booking another property for family vacation.

This home was very luxurious & well equipped! There are numerous outdoor places to relax & enjoy the beauty of a well landscaped area. Although it was summer, we enjoyed sitting nearby the outside fireplace to relax, enjoy a cool breeze and chat with family. The lanai was a welcomed place to begin & end our days. This experience was a dream come true!!

Absolutely Amazing!
The. house is in the most perfect, central location. You're 5 minutes from the top of Beech Mountain with restaurants, Fred's, etc and roughly 25 minutes from beautiful surrounding towns for exploring. The house itself is a dream - it is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated (was even decorated for Christmas with a tree), well manicured and a perfect cooks kitchen. We will continue to stay in this house for our family vacation as long as we're able!

Fantastic getaway spot
This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we love it so much that it will likely become an annual vacation for us. It's just as beautiful as the pictures show - the outdoor fireplace is a wonderful place to just hang out and relax and so is the giant sunroom. The house is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent property and location!
Great house, clean, cozy and the outdoor space was so tranquil (despite the fact that everything happened to be covered in snow the weekend we were there- perfect for skiing so we can’t complain there!) Location was amazing, 5 minutes from the mountain which meant we were able to go back and forth to the mountain multiple times a day with ease! We took our 2 year old with his snowboard on the bunny hill and tubing in the morning, and then mom and kiddo went back to the house for nap time while dad got some runs in the afternoon. Then we picked him up at the end of the day a little before dinner time. Kitchen was fully stocked and made mealtimes easy! Not a ton of indoor common space, but perfect for one family and super cozy by the fire. Exactly what we needed for the weekend and would def recommend!

We decided to travel to Banner Elk / Bee h Mountain based on recommendations from friends! The time of year we went (Oct 24-29) it was beautiful, aside from getting rained out a couple days. The leaves were right at the end of changing/falling, and the drives to and around the house were spectacular. The towns were very quiet this time of year as it was too cold for tuning, but too early for snow. The house itself is amazing! The layout is perfect. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and has everything you need, and then some. The living/dining room are is great as well, and very comfortable. The gas fireplace puts off an amazing amount of heat! That back porch area was amazing and allowed you to be in nature but stay warm and dry. On the dry evenings we made fires in the outside fire place which was amazing. The bedrooms are well appointed and the beds are quite comfortable. All rooms aside from from one bedroom had a tv, including the master bath! The home is very inviting and cozy. The check in was simple, and the checkout instructions are very easy and clear. We will likely be staying here again next year for a friends wedding! Highly recommended!!
