We have stayed at Graystone Lodge on two different occasions and have found the staff friendly and the rooms well-appointed and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for those with allergies because there is no carpet in the rooms, and personal care products provided are very lightly scented. This time we visited after a winter storm, during some of the coldest days of the season, and had no problems staying warm. The staff did the very best they could to keep the common areas clean, dry, and safe, as guests tracked in and out. Because of the extreme temperatures and the shading of the parking lot, it was impossible for the hotel to clear all the snow and ice. They did a very good job salting the sidewalks. Breakfast was delicious.

Free breakfast daily with many hot and cold options. Check-in and out was simple. Hotel felt clean and safe and my children enjoyed the pool and s'mores by the fire pit. Friendly staff and great place for families. I really liked that the rooms do NOT have carpet. Hotel is off the main road and within walking distance of a grocery store which is nice also.

We enjoyed the property very much. The room was wonderful very clean hotel. The breakfast was mid and we were kind of sad to discover there was no hot tub / jacuzzi but we enjoyed the pool.
