"Awesome little spot. There were so long term tennants who looked like workers from out of tiwn who were up early, but otherwise quiet. I had a room on the balcony and wasnt bothered by the noise coming from the pub at all. Great spot for a pint and dinner too!"

"Four minor concerns about our stay, not major problems but were since you are asking for comments they are: - when we returned to the Hotel around 10:00pm we unlocked the first door to go through the bar area we were initially prevented from entering by the "bouncer" as there was a function being held. - In the room the light was not working so we left the bathroom door open so we could see when getting dressed in the morning. This set the fire alarm off from the steam from the shower. - the electric blankets required an extension cord. There was only one which meant that we had to swap over to warm both sides of the bed. - there was no power in the morning so we couldn't get a cup of tea"

"Friendly, well maintained (accepting it is an older property) and beautifully kept gardens made this a great choice. Very comfortable bed! We were comfy and warm on a cold winter night. Sensibly dog friendly too. "

"This property was obviously under new management and it appears it had been let run down. Found it extremely clean and the staff went above and beyond to make it stay pleasant. They were quick to answer and respond to requests. It is a bit out of town so driving is required but had very quiet and pleasant surroundings. "

"Motel has been sold to Chinese, they were not friendly and greeting was extremely cold. Property was great, clean and in a good location. "

"Our party of 12 (plus two fur babies) had an amazing time at the Little Plains homestead near Boorowa. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay: the kind of peace and quiet you only get in the country; a combustion fireplace that kept the house toasty warm; an outdoor fire pit and bbq to tempt us to star gaze on even the chilliest of evenings; two elegantly appointed bathrooms, both with deep baths made for soaking in; five stylish bedrooms with comfy mattresses and doonas that entice you to linger; and gracious hosts (who thoughtfully even left us brekkie provisions - and a bottle of local wine!) A country stay that our extended family will cherish forever."

"Thankyou publican Jamie and friendly helpful staff. We stayed here on a 1500km round trip and just needed a bed for the night. They offered us safe parking for our motorbikes. Great pub, cheap delicious food, comfy bed, clean room, shared bathroom perfect, (we didn't need a shower), just perfect. Huge TV, ceiling fan and powerful room heater. In room bar fridge! Couldn't be happier. "
