This home makes an enviable home base in Boothbay Harbor, whether planning to spend your days whale-watching, kayaking with Tidal Transit Kayak, or simply perusing the shops, restaurants, and galleries that populate this darling Midcoast town.

After a day of coastal excursions, you'll return to a casual, comfortable living area with two sofas and a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a small indoor dining space. Right out back are a small deck with outdoor seating and marshland views, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a picnic table where you can gather for lobster rolls and haddock pulled straight from the ocean. There are cornhole and croquet games available for use as well!

Location of unit was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to town. Our suggestion for the bath, either put a grab bar by the toilet or put in a higher toilet. Older people really appreciate bar or higher commode. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was nice, and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. No fire pit which was shown in original pictures. Overall it was clean and easily accessible. We appreciated the dog dishes and having washer and dryer was nice.

We were vacationing with a large family who had lodgings just a mile up the road, and the Lobster Trap was a perfect home-base for our family - clean, quiet, and spacious. Recommend!

Great spot super close to town
The apartment is cute and is super accessible to a beautiful park to picnic or bring the dog, two great lobster shacks, a beautiful downtown restaurant and everything Boothbay Harbor has to offer. Note that there is only one window-unit AC in one of the two bedrooms.

Nice place close to the town centre
We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful town of Boothbay Harbour very much. Everything was close and reachable by foot. Apartment was clean and everything was there (shampoo, towels, soap etc). One minor disadvantage was, that it wasn't possible to darken the bedrooms properly.
