"The house boat wasn't fancy, but was all we needed for a group of 3 on a 4 day fishing trip. We docked a 19 foot boat out front and parked the truck and trailer next to each other out front. The ice machine appeared to be turned on and was empty, but after i pushed the power button, it started making ice. I would rent this place again."

"The property was as expected and served our weekend trip well, there was only 2 of us so plenty of room. The “master” bed wasn’t made upon arrival but didn’t matter as we used other beds instead. Lots of things onsite to help with your time there and fishing captain picked us up right off the back porch. Not too far of walk from marina. Would recommend for smaller groups under 4. "

"We wanted a fishing trip on a budget and this worked perfectly. We brought our own boat and explored Sportsman's paradise, just the two of us. We aren't winning any fishing tournaments by far but we had a great time. The houseboat was fun! Some friends came over and we had some drinks on the top deck. It was a perfect getaway. The host was extra helpful and the entire stay was fantastic."

"Our stay was great, We enjoyed doing what we love to do this time of year with such comfort. One key feature is the ability to leave your boat in a very safe area at night and not have to launch it every day, which takes a lot of weight off of your shoulders. The property manager was very professional and easy to communicate with. Furthermore, if you’re looking for the most modernized houseboat in the Venice area, I am 100% recommend this one for you and Friends."
