"Second time here, stayed in Room 310 and it was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and couch. Some cutlery missing and no can opener or tongs. Shower spray wets the floor quite a bit so we used a towel to mop up excess water on the tiles. We stayed for 4 days and had family visit, it would have been nice to have a broom, mop or dust pan to clean up with during our stay. But overall happy."

"We often come to Ridge as it is an affordable comfy apartment that’s close to the city. However, it ain’t for the weak willed as walking from the city is a pain in summer. Our apartment was great. Aircon worked and the space was enough for two people. The only thing that needed fixing was the Stovetop light. It did not turn on so we left the bathroom door ajar for some light."

It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room. "Staff were lovely . The next time we go we will take our pushbikes as we can catch the train and get off at Roma st as it’s just down the street as they said they can protect our bikes overnight for us . The location is great for the cbd as walking distance fantastic . even though just a basic room it was great and very clean and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend as the pricing was competitive to others near by . "
