"We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but unfortunately the weather in Koh Samui was monsoon so we decided to stay for one night and go Bangkok But that was a hard choice because the facilities and staff here were so fantastic to us, the ambience of the hotel was great and location was in the middle of everything you needed The breakfast was brilliant and after telling the staff we was going to check out early due to the weather, they provided us a private car to the airport I wish we could have stayed here for longer "

"The property is slightly older but well maintained. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. It is near the Chewang beach area and basic facilties are easily accessible around the area. "

"Everything was great about this hotel. When I checked in they took me too my room. It was raining so I turned on the TV. There was no sound from the TV. I called and Maintenance came to take a look. They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "

"Exceptional room. Exceptional breakfast. Exceptional and lovely staff. Ideal central Chaweng location, and on the beach. Only downside for me was that the pool beach bar area was a bit too congested, too crowded - the tide was often unusually high during my stay so they could not have sunbeds on the beach as I think they usually would, so this restricted the space available. I would like to think I’ll be able to stay again. "

"It's one of our favourite hotels in Samui! Every single member of staff was very very friendly - we honestly felt like home! We were impressed with little details such as - the hotel learned our routine (e.g. we kept ordering a bucket of ice for 2 nights in a row, the next day a bucket of ice was proactively delivered to our room), or "sweet dreams" postcards and sweet snacks delivery before bed time.
