"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Very good central location in Boppard at the river from near the central square and KD boat landing. There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). The breakfast is ok - same as in other similar hotels, maybe a little less selection. Friendly and helpful staff (Don’t forget to make special arrangements if arriving after 9pm) "

"The location and staff are amazing. The facilities are nice. The breakfast is delicious...as is all the food in the restaurant. The rooms are sizable, but don't have central air - so your relying on the wonderful air from outside to freshen things or cool the room (in the summer that can be tough). The bathrooms could use some re-design, but what they lack in beauty they make up for in function."

"The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "The hotel was good,the staff at reception did not understand my English my first night there i went into the resturant i did not know i had to book a table but the eventually found me one also the car park is a 5 min walk from the hotel and cost 6 Eur's"

"Great place to stay - super convenient for the centre of town (bars, restaurants, supermarket etc), walks, river cruise etc. We particularly appreciated the free local transport and enjoyed exploring on the trains. Lovely house, beautifully presented, with amazing views made for sundowners!"
