"The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. "Totally disinterested staff. Reception and restaurant worst ever. Left cash for meal as one and only waitress on duty was nowhere to be found (probably went home fed up lol). Reception don't want to know 'go find the waitress' was response'. Then next day after we left - got a message to say 'you didn't pay your restaurant bill so we have debited your card'. Priceless. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool. "
