Got there from an overseas flights and took a shower early afternoon. Asked for additional towels as only 2
were in the room for a double occupancy.
Went downstairs to ask for more for a later shower and was given attitude for daring asking for additional towels. This is supposedly the higher end of ibis hotels chain.
1/2 coffee machines were not operating as always needed to be fixed by the staff who really didn’t seem to care as people were lining up to the only machine available.
Very poorly managed. Only young staff and no senior managers on site.
Staff seem to not care at all and super rude.
During the checkout someone knocked at our door 15 minutes after the deadline for our checkout.
Again was given attitude telling us it’s time to leave the room despite all the issues we encountered.
Area is ok just ahead of tram station. That’s the only benefit.
We will not stay there again.
