Good location if you have a car as there is parking. Several restaurants in the area. Can walk to wine museum. A bit of a walk to street car but doable. We took it once to get into town. Hotel was very nice. Bed comfortable. Coffee machine in room. .

Room was nice and clean. Gym was well equipped. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was rubbish didnt really get anything cold enough. Air con was good enough but could do with being lower than 19c.

We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

Nice hotel as you would expect with a new hotel. Staff in general were helpful and polite. The big downside for me was the bars. The quieter downstairs bar seem to close at 10.30pm on the days it did open and the 5th floor rooftop bar which is a lovely venue wasnt a 4 star hotel bar per se. In the middle of a student area i would guess and that was very obvious by the clientele and the loud hip music. Nothing wrong that with that at all, but not what i was after when paying €350 per night. Saw alot of hotel residents turn on their heels and leave on entering. The young bar staff were efficient and polite, but seemed like all their mates were there too! Could learn alot from their sister hotels rooftop bar in Nice, which is a vastly better experience

Indigne d’un 4 étoiles !
Très mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel ! Nous avons été réveillé toute la nuit par la TV qui s’allumait toute seule à 8 reprises ! Malgré la déconnexion de la clé pour déconnecter l’électricité, le problème persistait. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit ! Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à la réception le lendemain matin, on nous informe que le problème est connu et qu’ils sont désolés… mais aucun geste, rien !! Inadmissible et scandaleux !! Quant à la propreté des lieux communs, cela laisse à désirer avec des plateaux et des verres qui ont traînés pendant toute la durée du séjour. Pour un 4 étoiles, ce n’est pas du tout à la hauteur !!
