"A great choice of villa for a relaxing stay with a 9m pool and access to the Rota Vicentina walk. Great beach at Amado near Carrapateira with superb eating at Mada and O Paulo restaurants nearby. Intermarche in Aljezur to get stocked up and look at some stalks! Faro about an hour away so a fun 8 nights was experienced "

"We couldn’t stay there. It was unkept, stinky and we couldn’t even turn the lights on in the bathroom. My sister and I were hoping to stay there but after driving up a 3 mile dirt road we found an unkept building with no one there. We did not feel safe. The owner “met us up there and showed us the room after we waited 30 minutes. "

"Loved our stay! It was just what I was looking for. Quiet luxury, not pretentious but inviting, lovely amenities, staff and very well equipped apartments. My only minor complaint was there was a lot of construction nearby which was off putting at the sandy pool but it wasn’t very intrusive couldn’t be hard at the other pools"

"We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this hotel, and will definitely be back. Previously we have stayed at Pestana hotels in Alvor, but from now on it will be this one. The hotel staff were excellent, as were the breakfasts. No area was ever too busy, and we enjoyed the quiet and comfort. We had a 1 bedroom suite, on the 12th floor, with a lateral view towards the Tres Irmaos beach from our balcony - excellent again. We look forward to our next visit. To the staff - thank you."

"I stayed at The Editory by The Sea Lagos Hotel from July 2nd to 7th, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. This is a truly exceptional hotel that deserves the highest rating possible. "We stayed at the Carvi Hotel. Everyone was very pleasant, it was EXTREMELY clean. It is great location on the beach and close to everything. The hotel next store looks like a war zone and I will not lie when we first passed by it I was like OMG where did I book us, even though I read reviews that explained it I still was taking back, but the Car I Hotel was nice and the most important thing I wanted was that it was clean and comfortable and it was. I definitely would stay there again "
