"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! "A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories."

Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. "Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."

"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...
