"We were delightfully surprised by this place. Close enough to the beach to walk with a bin of gear and boards. Living room large and cozy. Washer and driver and garage with bikes/scooters. Could use a seventh seat indoor and out as it sleeps seven but truly not a huge deal. We would definitely go back."

"Lovely house. Views were fabulous. Some more comfortable chairs on veranda where you can also see view would be good. Just camping chairs would suffice. Havent been anywhere where there is no hairdryer. Had to buy one. Beautiful kitchen. Some microwave dishes would help otherwise well stocked. Some light bulbs need replacing. We had a great time and would recommend Top Spot. Just if you attend to those few pointers it would be even better."

"We’ve just had a great stay at Agnes Water in this Sunset Drive property. The house was beautifully presented and worked really well for our family of 6. Great kitchen with huge pantry, the pool/outside area was awesome, 2 tv areas (one for adults, one for kids) and we really appreciated the ducted air conditioning throughout the house on those hot days. It was a short walk to the beach, and only took 15 minutes to walk down to the patrolled beach. There is a bike path to ride either into Agnes...

"House is bigger than photos. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to town and main beach. Great sitting on back veranda looking on to the bush. Our only disappointment being no wifi to stream movies. Bed comfy. Easy check in process and great communication. Thank you for allowing us to stay. "

Glamping tents were awesome, cosy and well equipped- maybe a small fold up table/tray table or similar would be good to have in them, for eating at inside, it was overcast and too cold to eat outside! Loved the live entertainment (music) on Saturday afternoon, which it had been longer, an hour wasn't long enough! Overall, was a very relaxing weekend and a great place for celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. "
