"We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better...

"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

" Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"Great location and the bike made everything super convenient. Emanuela picked us up from the train station, gave us a tour and showed us in. Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beach but far enough that it was quiet at night. "This apartment was one of the stays we were most looking forward to on our month long trip in Europe - Unfortunately despite its potential was our biggest disappointment of the trip. The check-in was fairly complex as the included parking was a pass that is included but you have to find street parking to use it - which could be close by or up to mile away. The apartment was filthy - floors covered in dirt and dust - dirt and grime on pretty much all surfaces - mold and water damage in large spot...
