"The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."

"What a fantastic property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ‘De Duif’, a great home, well equipped and in the midst of amazing nature! We loved travelling up the canal and to the lake in the rowing boat and also enjoyed day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht! We would love to come back! "Frindly house"

"Der Wohnwagen steht auf dem Gelände einer Jugendsegelschule. Er ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit, ausser einem Wasserkocher. Die Größe ist max. Für 2.5 Personen angenehm. 20 m entfernt ist ein Badesteg, an dem noch weitere Wohnwagen stehen. Unweit ist auch ein Sperrmüllplatz vom Jugendlager. Boote und Fahrräder konnten wir bei den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern im Hafenbüro ausleihen. Ein hübsches Restaurant ist auch auf dem Gelände. Wer mit Campinggewohnheiten...

Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. "Me and my friend stayed for four days, the host was so kind. He helped us have a best experience and made us feel very welcome and at home. "Diego made the process of staying in the NL very smooth! Communication was great---in the booking stage, at checkin, and regarding the property during stay. Very comfortable home, great facilities. The little town center just a few block's walk away is indeed very helpful and quite substantial. Transit very close, not difficult at all, even with luggage in tow."

"Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem sehr großen und ruhigen gelegenem Objekt. Es gab in der engeren Umgebung nur 2 weitere Häuser, wovon man allerdings nichts mitbekommen hat. Was etwas hinderlich war, das waren die Stechmücken, diese haben sich immer selbst eingeladen. Aber mit regelmäßigen Schutzsprays, konnte man dem etwas entgegenwirken. Was ich persönlich nicht so schön fand war, dass das Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig sauber war, und wir zuerst spülen mussten bevor wir es...

"Really nice music themed venue. Rooms were as you'd expect from this kind of hotel, good size, clean, comfy bed. Only bad point was that there wasn't a mirror near a good amount of lighting. One on the door but not much light and the bathroom ones were ok but the lighting was too dim. Otherwise great location with short walk to the station & lots of food places & shops nearby & of course two big music venues & the football stadium next door. Staff were super helpful & very polite. "I was there for the Wallows concert, it was about a 6 min walk from the hotel i really loved that about it, 8 min walk from the train loved that. I was given breakfast totally forgot about that till they told me at check in. Staff was super friendly. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower was spacious loved that. TV was a bit small but that was ok. If i go to Amsterdam again I would stay here again. "

"We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away. "This was a return stay @4Elements. Everything was good, including the Autumnal weather. Our only minor gripe was the lack of milk for the coffees or teas in the room. When asked for some we were given powdered cream! Even longlife pots would have been better! But we'll still return Ijberg is a lovely district of Amsterdam."
