"Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly not much English was spoken. Spa was good. Steam rooms were nice. Kettle and mini bar and hair dryer. Air con was hot! Had to leave the door open as it was hot. I would go again. "

"Excellent location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Great breakfast. Only downside was reception lady. Really seemed like me checking in was a hassle for her as she sighed when I asked to have my passport back rather than leaving it with her. "

"Finding the place was a little difficult. It is located in the main market. Once we got that, the staff was awesome. They put us in the best cheapest close parking and helped transport our luggage. Our room was right over the market street and yet very quiet. Close walking distance to everything in Mostar. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Ena, who gave an extra effort to help and answer questions. Also great breakfast!"
