"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. "We were six 'old' school friends getting together for walking, playing cards, cooking and the very occasional drink. Five en-suite rooms plus a dowstairs room with adjacent bathroom - this was perfect for our needs. The original garden was intriguing with many unusual plants."

"The cottage was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of four with a small dog. The swimming pool, field and games room were a real bonus which our kids loved. We were lucky with the weather and the countryside immediately next to the property is very peaceful. The location is perfect for getting down to Saunton Sands and Woolacombe but also close to Lynmouth and Combe Martin. Would also be perfect for a group of families booking multiple cottages on the site. We'd love to go back...
