Modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and coffee machine. Stylish living room features a 65" flat screen smart TV, floating shelves, and adorable couch. Comfy bedroom offers a memory foam mattress, powered stand-up/sit-down Uplift Desk, and foldable treadmill.

- Kitchen: Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, 4-slice toaster) and sink garbage disposal. Equipped with a new Keurig coffee machine, french press, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, knives, forks, spoons, glass food containers, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutting board, oven mitts, place mats, counter stools, etc.

- Living Room: Top-down/bottom-up blackout shades, 65" flat screen smart TV, floating shelves/cabinets for additional storage, adorable new couch, coffee table, folding trays, rug, and wall mounted glass marker board.

- Bedroom: Top-down/bottom-up blackout shades, new memory foam mattress, powered stand-up/sit-down Uplift Desk with dual monitor setup, office chair, wall mounted glass marker board, rug, dresser for additional storage, night stands, laundry basket, folding treadmill, yoga mat, and foam roller. Additional single bed available upon request.
