Enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. The studio features a comfortable full-size bed, a full kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a full bathroom with bathtub. Please note that the water pressure in the building is slow, and the toilet may require multiple flushes for a full flush. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Keys can be conveniently picked up at a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-ins, please inform us in advance to coordinate key access.

Emergency Lock-Out:
Kindly keep track of your key, as it is the only one available. Losing it incurs a lost key fee, and replacements take weeks, leading to the cancellation of upcoming bookings. If you accidentally leave the key inside, a $100 fee applies for building or lockout service calls.

Coronavirus Precautions: Daily cleanings of all door knobs and other high touch surfaces in the common areas are being performed by the building.

Obtaining the keys was the most disappointing and inconvenient of my whole experience with this property. The keys are housed in a "key cafe" inside a Seven-11 that is almost a mile away from the apt. The host sends you the info to access the keys from the key cafe but you have to walk or uber the 1 mile to get the keys and again back to the 7-11 to return them. This is not adequately informed in the listing. The description and the photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the property. For example, listing notes a dining table....there is no dining table, only a coffee table. Listing notes an ironing board....there was an iron but no board. Bedding in the photos is not the same. Listing shows a couch...there was no couch...there was folding bed with no bedding and no pillows. There were dark blackout curtains instead of the light printed ones in the photos. There is a side chair in the photos....there was NO chair in the appt. Photos show kitchen and desk area nicely appointed and decorated....the apt. was not as nicely put together. The bathroom was functional but in a bit of disrepair....broken fixture over the sink, stains in the tub, dirty tape covering wires at the threshold of the bathroom door. All in all, it served the purpose I needed...a clean(ish) place to sleep, shower and rest that was near my college student that I was visiting. I don't know that I would return to this property unless improvements were made or I was desperate for a place.

Disappointing Discovery
Check In was unduly difficult with extensive paper work rather like you would have for a long term rental. The visitor restrictions were ridiculous. The entrance to the unit was a dirty, dark and dingy flight of stairs that gave the feeling of entering a tenement. The unit was cheaply furnished Upon arriving we reported that the bathroom sink was stopped up and inoperable and that the only lamp 's bulb was non functional. Those finds were taken care of.the "couch" which was actually a futon was we couldn't get it to stay in couch position this was reported but never fixed. The only chair was a metal folding model. The unit was advertised as bright but the windows and screen were filthy so that was untrue The first email I received was to inform me of a vermin inspection . scheduled during our stay that was unsettling I never saw evidence of infestation. The description of this rental was not accurate. Its location is the only saving grace.

Run don't walk away from this property - Disgusting and misrepresented
Buyer beware . . . this property had no reviews until now because it is grossly misrepresented. The pictures make it look clean and pleasant. It is far from that. The rental required several contracts, property managers were not responsive and I didn't get check-in information until check-in time. Then when I received the information the key cafe was 1/2 mile from the property. There are steep steps with ripped rubber mats (easy tripping hazard) as you enter the building. Upon entering the property I found rat poison behind the toilet, a broken couch that was stained and dirty, a rug also stained and dirty. The curtains were hung haphazardly with rips and burns in them. The window sill had not been cleaned and showed visible grime. The bathroom had hair on the tub and a stained tub that made you feel dirty just looking at it. There was nothing charming nor appealing about this property and they would not refund our money. Buyer beware, do not rent this property, I have already reached out to VRBO with complaints and will be turning in the company to BBB.
