"Dagny is a very elegant and well managed gem of a hotel, conveniently located in downtown Boston, a 15 minute drive from Logan Airport. The staff was very attentive and professional. "The property was as advertised. I was in a small mordern room and I enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly. The tea and coffee in the lobby was great. Good selection of teas. I would have loved a microwave somewhere in the hotel. There are no fridges."

"Given this is a Hyatt Regency I was wondering expecting some added value especially the price that the prices of hotels in Boston are crazy expensive. To start off the pillows are not comfortable. The AC was not working I called front desk and never sent someone over to fix it. No comforter on the bed. Staff that comes to bring you the pillows only speak Spanish. We are in America the first language is English. If you go to this hotel make sure you bring an umbrella as the rent you an umbrella...
