The staff are so accommodating and helpful! Arbon, was the absolute Best! He is the Front of The House Supervisor and I would return just because of his recommendations, knowledge of the area and helpfulness!! His restaurant suggestions were amazing, from breakfast to dinner!! He also gave excellent ideas on places to visit and sites to see.

This hotel was beautiful, safe, and clean. The location is perfect for walking and seeing the sites. The service was great and everyone was very kind and attentive. The staff were friendly. The included glass of wine, beer or prosecco was an extra bonus and much appreciated. We walked all over Boston and found the location convenient to Chinatown and the North End.

The Godfrey is one of the best hotels in Boston, and we stay there whenever we can. The rooms are immaculate (with great snacks), and every single member of the staff is so friendly and professional. This was my first time in Boston, and I enjoyed my stay at a nice hotel that had a pleasant scent. While the room was small, I must compliment the superb amenities. You feel refreshed after a bath, and I especially loved the Bose speaker in the room. I'm not sure about the parking situation. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. I also appreciated the complimentary mocktails. The staff were friendly, but I hope they consider renovating the lobby, as it tends to get crowded. Although the surroundings can be noisy, the hotel itself is fantastic.

I purchased the upgraded room to have some views so my little one to look out the window and ended up seeing the windows of the other rooms. Total rip off. The pillows and bed smelled so dirty and like sweat, although the sheets were clean, the smell was so bad that even my little one could not sleep all night.
