We have not stayed in a WLQ before. This one was a joy. Clean, with very nice grounds. A minimal breakfast, but better than none. ($0) The two young staff we interacted with were really nice guys. The room was roomy enough and had the usual features. We would stay there again.

The staff were unfriendly and when asked questions did not provide full information it felt like they were not intrested in us as guests. Breakfast was horrible rubber eggs limited selection very poor, Rooms were dirty and bathroom door was broken and unlockable. Had to ask twice for towels and in the end had to go get them ourselves. Overall very poor experiance will not be returning to any La quinta hotels.

Not only did I feel unsafe in the elevator but my room was double booked and I was promised my correct room the second night of our stay but on arrival our second night we did not get our correct room for the second night again. We were very upset and uncomfortable and it was the last night of our vacation and I feel as though it was ruined since we could not enjoy it. The lady at the desk, who obviously did not want to be there, gave us two business cards with the emails of managers to reach out to regarding the issue and we reached out and have yet to hear back. The customer service here is horrendous. I hope that someone will read this and reach out to me to make this better.

Terrible afternoon/night clerk. (Morning clerk was excellent). Key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. No housekeeping if not staying more than 3 days. Otherwise well kept and OK.

We had reservations for a handicapped accessible room. The room we got was their VERSION of "handicapped accessible". The tub was a NORMAL tub and the shower seat did not fit in the tub correctly. We were on the THIRD FLOOR at the FARTHEST SIDE from the elevator. If we'd had to evacuate - my husband would NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DOWN THE STAIRS. Sorely disappointed with the accomodations!!!!!!! Also our "key" timed out every day and we had to go from our room on the other side of the hotel back to the desk and then back to our room. Again, NOT A GOOD SCENARIO especially for senior people with health issues

Many people had dogs which is a nice option but even better that our room did not smell of dog and was clean. The hotel was close to many other things and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Would stay again.

The night manager was less than helpful. When I asked her if she could recommend a place to eat, she said she had no idea, she didn't live here. And when our keys didn't work on the back door, I asked her if the other two members of my party would need to have their keys re-keyed since they hadn't worked either, she said she didn't know.

Service was terrible . Had to wait 25 minutes for a staff member to come to front desk to check us in. Keys to room never worked . Had to exchange them everyday . No towel service, or hair dryer in the room. Place is an embarrassment for this location.
