Family stay during Wedding of Granddaughter
The house was very nice and convenient. The owner was very responsive and informative. However, the floors on the main floor and the Kitchen countertops were very dusty and dirty when we arrived. Also, the home is advertised as being air conditioned but due to the warm nights Boulder was experiencing, the small units in the living area were not efficient. Also, the remote for the fan in the Master bedroom would not operate. Also, the person who slept in the bedroom in the basement was very hot. We went out and purchased a small fan to help cool the bedroom off.
