"I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....
